If you are an existing client, you should quote your account number(s) when writing to us.
If you are a potential, current or previous customer with J.P. Morgan Asset Management, and are dissatisfied with any aspect of the marketing or administration of your investment you can make a complaint to us either through your financial adviser or direct using one of the options above.
