Make a complaint

If you are a potential, current or previous customer with J.P. Morgan Asset Management, and are dissatisfied with any aspect of the marketing or administration of your investment you can make a complaint to us either through your financial adviser or direct using one of the options above. Please address your complaint to the Client Services Manager.

Your complaint will be recorded and investigated by a trained and competent complaints officer. Our aim is to handle all complaints fairly, promptly and consistently. We will attempt to resolve your complaint as early as possible.
